Immedion Announces Multiple Promotions on Cloud and Managed Services Team

Greenville, SC (July 2018) Immedion LLC, a premiere provider of Cloud, data center and managed IT services, is pleased to announce several promotions on their Cloud Infrastructure Team.

In a move designed to position the Cloud and Managed Services team for growth, James Williamson, Chris Campbell, Justin Mardis and Stephen Carter have each been promoted. Though these shifts are intended primarily to help the team scale and ensure that clients have an outstanding experience, it also allowed Immedion to reward the hard work and contributions of key players who have helped the company grow.

“These individuals have been vital to the success of Immedion’s Cloud and Managed Services teams,” said Brad Alexander, Immedion’s Chief Technology Officer. “They have made it their mission to enhance the Immedion customer experience and we are happy to recognize each of them for their leadership and contributions.”

James Williamson has been promoted to Sales Engineering Manager. In his new role, Williamson will act as the technical face of the company, leading the Solution Consultants team and the pre-sales engineering process. He will also be responsible for developing technical marketing training and product launch initiatives. Williamson joined Immedion last year as Managed Services Engineer, bringing with him 21 years of experience in the IT industry.

Chris Campbell has been promoted to Cloud Infrastructure Manager where he will lead Immedion’s Cloud and Managed Services team. His responsibilities will include managing the deployment, configuration, administration, maintenance and support of Immedion’s Cloud and Managed Services environment. Campbell has been with Immedion for seven years, most recently as Principal Cloud Engineer.

Justin Mardis has been promoted from Managed Services Engineer to Principal Managed Services Engineer. In this new role, Mardis will be responsible for the architecture, planning and deployment of Immedion’s Managed Services product set, as well as providing leadership to the Managed Services team. Mardis has been a member of the Immedion team since 2012.

Stephen Carter has been promoted to Managed Services Engineer. As part of the Managed Services team, Carter will assist in product development and maintenance of Immedion’s Managed Services line of products and will provide support to Immedion’s installed customer base. Stephen joined Immedion in 2015 as a Support Associate and was since promoted to his most recent role as Site Operations Engineer.
